Payment of School Fees
Our school has a payment policy. Fees are charged each
term and are payable in advance unless other arrangements
are made with the school. Fees are payable on the first Friday of
the first full week of each term. (This is the Due Date)
Children enrolled after the
commencement of the term shall be charged on a pro-rata
basis for the remainder of that term.
If you have difficulties meeting this payment policy expectation please negotiate a payment plan with our Bursor. Failure to meet the agreement will result in Council reserving the right to deny your child/ren access to the premises.
Notice of Intention to
Withdraw
Families giving written notice of their child's intention to leave our school are required to do so a term in advance ( by the end of week
one each term ).
This will result in the full refund of the child's deposit bond.
Failure to give the required notice, however , will result in the forfeiture of the bond and the required payment of a full term's fees
in lieu of notice
Returning Families
When a parent withdraws a child from the school for one or more terms and wishes to retain their place, the fee payable will be 50% of the amount that would otherwise be payable. A full term's written notice of such temporary withdrawal is required.For non-attendance of less than one term, full fees are payable.Families who withdraw children from school and wish to return must again go through the enrolment process attracting enrolment fees, regardless of the period of withdrawal.

The Rockingham Montessori
School is affiliated with the Montessori Society of W.A.
An annual subscription is paid for each family in the
Rockingham Montessori School. This entitles us to a representative
on the Society's committee.
